In addition to being a real estate owner and investor, for the past 20 years, I have provided accounting, tax and wealth consulting to companies and their owners within the real estate industry. Real estate owners and investors see me as their trusted advisor and affectionately refer to me as “The Tax Diva“. Prior to joining Diverse City Realty, I served as a Tax Manager with BDO LLP and CliftonLarsenAllen; both top 10 accounting firms in the nation, working on large real estate clients throughout the United States.

Knowing the local Houston TX real estate market like the back of their hand should be a given for any real estate professional you consider working with. Market knowledge can be the difference between you overpaying or getting a great deal, finding the right property or missing it, and buying a property fully informed or missing critical things during inspection that can cost you. I take pride in staying abreast of market trends and property values to make sure my clients have the most precise and up-to-date information when making investment decisions. I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and moved to Houston in 2006. I graduated from the University of Miami (Go ‘Canes) with a Bachelors in Accounting (BBA), a Masters in Taxation (MST) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Personal Financial Planning. I hold a Texas Real Estate Salesperson license and a Texas Life Agent license. I am a member of the Houston Association of Realtors and National Association of Tax Professionals. When I am not working you can find me spending time with my family, at a good happy hour around the city with my friends, traveling to new places and engaging in some form of exercise.
